Manage Your Integration and Workflow
The Integration and Workflow feature allows you to create seamless connections with other applications, such as omnichannel platforms. This enables you to integrate Kata CX effortlessly with external platforms to enhance your workflow

Qiscus Omnichannel
- Pick your WhatsApp Number
- Go to Qiscus Dashboard
a. Go to the "Integration Channel" section.
b. Set toggle "Bot Integration" on.
c. Copy the App ID, Qiscus Secret Key, and Bot URL (Step 2).
d. Copy and paste Webhook URL below into the Bot Integration field in Step 3.
e. Connect the integration. - Go to Kata CX
Paste the copied App ID, Qiscus Secret Key, and Bot URL into the appropriate fields in Kata CX. - Connect Qiscus Channel with Kata CX
a. Create a new channel in Custom Channel.
b. Copy and paste the Identifier Key and Webhook URL into the Custom Channel configuration. - Save Connection
Click ‘Save Connection’ & check logs in both KataCX and Qiscus to confirm that messages are successfully sent.
Taptalk Omnichannel
- Pick your WhatsApp Number
- Set Up Chatbot Configuration at Taptalk Dashboard
a. Go to the "Chatbots" section in Taptalk and click Create New Chatbot.
b. Enter a name for your chatbot and select Custom Chatbot.
c. Copy and paste the Kata URL below into the Chatbot URL field.
d. Copy the OneTalk URL and Secret Key from that fields.
e. Go to Kata CX and paste them into “Setup Chatbot” below. - Set Up a Kata.ai Channel at Taptalk Dashboard
a. Go to the "Integration" section, select Kata.ai.
b. Click on "Add Channel", then copy and paste the Kata URL into the provided field.
c. Open the selected channel, scroll down to “Set Chatbot”.
d. Copy the Channel ID, OneTalk URL, and Secret Key from that fields
e. Go to Kata CX and paste them into the "Setup Channel" below. - Save Connection
Click ‘Save Connection’ & check logs in both KataCX and Taptalk to confirm that messages are successfully sent.
