The system will send automated daily email alerts when WABA credit drops below threshold.

- Email sent once per day per WABA, to all company team members listed in Kata CX.
- Enhanced support for buttons in Template Messages:
- Supports Marketing & Utility categories

- Max 3 CTA buttons (2 website + 1 phone number)

- Per 1 July 2025, WhatsApp Conversation-Based Pricing Removed WhatsApp template messages no longer use the conversation-based model.

- Free Utility Messages Within Customer Window Broadcast messages using Utility templates sent during the 24-hour customer support window are free of charge.
- WhatsApp Authentication International Pricing New pricing tier for international authentication messaging applied automatically to applicable businesses.
- Pricing Rollout for All Clients The new pricing policy applies to all existing and new clients based on Kata.ai official statement.
- Meta Template Category Sync If a submitted template is reclassified by Meta (e.g., from Utility to Marketing), the template category in Kata CX will update automatically to reflect Meta’s classification.
